mjc sound + vision is the self-run production house of multi-disciplinary artist mark churchill. After graduating NIDA in 2017 (MFA in directing), mark has developed his practice, utilising various forms and media to construct his unique brand of emotional and immersive art. his work plays with cultural memory and pastiche in an attempt to create both a pathway into the work, and a distance from it. this tension is the core of mark’s practice, where the boundaries between homage and sincerity begin to blur.
